EVENT, CAMPAIGN, DONATION & COMMUNITY TERMS

These Terms govern the use of event listings, ticket purchases, campaign creation, fundraising, and community participation on CityBuzzNetwork.com, CityBuzzRadio.com, and affiliated City Buzz platforms operated by City Buzz, LLC.
By using the City Buzz Network platform, creating events, launching campaigns, purchasing tickets, or interacting with the community, you agree to these Terms.
1. PLATFORM ROLE
City Buzz Network operates as a digital media, promotion, and community platform.
City Buzz provides tools that allow users to:
• create events
• promote events
• sell or distribute tickets
• launch campaigns or fundraising efforts
• publish media and promotional content
• participate in community discussions
City Buzz Network does not operate events, manage venues, or act as a ticket broker unless explicitly stated.
City Buzz is not responsible for how third parties operate events, campaigns, or promotions.
2. EVENT CREATOR TERMS
Users who create events on the platform are referred to as Event Organizers.
Event organizers are fully responsible for:
• event accuracy
• venue agreements
• permits and licenses
• safety compliance
• ticket legitimacy
• staff and security
• performer contracts
All information posted must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
Event organizers operate independently of City Buzz Network.
City Buzz is not the event promoter or venue operator unless explicitly stated.
3. EVENT CHANGES
Event organizers must update the event listing if there are changes to:
• event date
• event time
• event location
• ticket pricing
• ticket availability
• event cancellation
Failure to maintain accurate event information may result in:
• event removal
• account suspension
• event listing restrictions
4. PROHIBITED EVENTS
The following events are strictly prohibited:
• illegal activities
• fraudulent ticket sales
• unauthorized venue use
• unlicensed gambling
• scams or misleading promotions
• hate or extremist gatherings
• events involving exploitation or minors in prohibited contexts
City Buzz Network reserves the right to remove any event listing at its discretion.
5. CITY BUZZ TICKET POLICY
Tickets for events may be sold by:
• event organizers
• promoters
• third-party ticket providers
City Buzz Network is not the ticket issuer unless clearly stated.
REFUNDS
Refund policies are determined by the event organizer or ticket provider.
City Buzz Network does not guarantee refunds.
Refund eligibility depends on:
• organizer policies
• event status
• payment processor policies
EVENT CANCELLATION
If an event is canceled, refund policies will follow the event organizer’s policy.
City Buzz Network is not responsible for refund processing unless City Buzz is the direct ticket seller.
NO SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend an event does not guarantee a refund.
TICKET FRAUD
Users should only purchase tickets through official event links.
City Buzz Network is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers.
6. EVENT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
City Buzz Network is a media promotion platform only.
City Buzz does not:
• control event environments
• provide security services
• manage venue safety
• supervise event staff
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Attendees assume full responsibility for:
• personal safety
• property safety
• transportation
• venue risks
• interactions with event staff or attendees
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By attending events listed on City Buzz Network, users agree that City Buzz LLC and its affiliates shall not be held liable for:
• injuries
• damages
• theft
• accidents
• disputes between attendees and organizers
7. PROMOTER & VENUE AGREEMENT
Promoters and venues using City Buzz Network agree to the following:
Promoters must ensure:
• they have venue authorization
• tickets sold are legitimate
• performers are legally contracted
• event advertising is truthful
Venues must comply with:
• local laws
• fire codes
• capacity regulations
• licensing requirements
8. CAMPAIGN TERMS
City Buzz Network may allow users to create fundraising or promotional campaigns.
Campaign creators are responsible for:
• truthful campaign descriptions
• lawful use of funds
• fulfilling promises made to supporters
City Buzz does not verify every campaign claim and does not guarantee campaign success.
9. DONATION POLICY
Donations made through City Buzz Network are voluntary contributions.
City Buzz Network:
• does not guarantee refunds
• does not control how funds are used by campaign creators
Donors should review campaign details carefully before contributing.
10. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
City Buzz Network encourages respectful community engagement.
Users may not:
• harass or threaten others
• post hate speech
• spam or advertise illegally
• distribute illegal content
• impersonate others
• upload copyrighted content without permission
City Buzz may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
11. CONTENT MODERATION
City Buzz reserves the right to:

• restrict accounts
• block IP addresses
This may occur without prior notice if content violates platform rules.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
City Buzz LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
• event cancellations

• campaign disputes
• technical platform issues
Users participate in platform activities at their own risk.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to defend and indemnify City Buzz LLC against any claims arising from:

• campaign fundraising

• user content posted on the platform
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Phoenix, Arizona.
15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
