CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT
These Campaign Terms & Conditions ("Campaign Terms") govern the creation, submission, management, and promotion of fundraising campaigns on City Buzz Network, owned and operated by City Buzz, LLC.
By creating or managing a campaign on City Buzz Network, you ("Campaign Creator", "Organizer", or "User") agree to comply with these Campaign Terms as well as the City Buzz Network Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not create or operate a campaign on the platform.
2. PLATFORM ROLE
City Buzz Network operates solely as a digital platform that allows users to create fundraising campaigns and accept donations or support from other users.
City Buzz Network:
• does not guarantee campaign success
• does not verify every campaign claim
• does not manage or control how funds are used
City Buzz Network is not a financial institution, charity, escrow service, or investment broker.
All campaigns are operated independently by their respective campaign creators.
3. CAMPAIGN CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign creators agree that they are fully responsible for:
• the accuracy of campaign descriptions
• the legitimacy of the fundraising purpose
• how funds are used
• delivering any promised rewards or benefits
• compliance with all applicable laws
Campaign creators must ensure that all information provided in their campaign is true, accurate, and not misleading.
4. PROHIBITED CAMPAIGNS
The following campaigns are strictly prohibited:
• fraudulent campaigns
• illegal activities
• pyramid schemes
• unlicensed investment opportunities
• cryptocurrency scams
• misleading charity claims
• campaigns involving violence or exploitation
• campaigns violating copyright or trademark law
City Buzz Network reserves the right to remove any campaign that violates these rules.
5. DONATIONS & PAYMENTS
All donations made to campaigns are voluntary contributions.
City Buzz Network does not guarantee refunds unless required by law or specified by the campaign creator.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.
City Buzz Network does not control or guarantee the performance of these payment providers.
6. CAMPAIGN REVIEW & MODERATION
City Buzz Network reserves the right to:
• review campaign content
• request additional verification
• suspend campaigns
• remove campaigns
• block accounts
This may occur without prior notice if a campaign poses legal or security risks.
7. USE OF FUNDS
Campaign creators agree to use funds solely for the purpose described in their campaign.
Misuse of funds may result in:
• campaign removal
• account suspension
• legal action
• reporting to authorities
8. REWARDS & INCENTIVES
If a campaign offers rewards, perks, or benefits to supporters, the campaign creator is solely responsible for fulfilling those promises.
City Buzz Network is not responsible for reward fulfillment or delivery.
9. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
Campaign creators are solely responsible for determining whether funds raised through campaigns are considered:
• taxable income
• charitable donations
• business revenue
Campaign creators are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws.
City Buzz Network does not provide tax advice.
10. FRAUD PREVENTION
City Buzz Network may monitor campaigns to prevent fraud.
If fraudulent activity is suspected, the platform may:
• freeze campaign access
• suspend accounts
• report activity to law enforcement
11. PLATFORM FEES
City Buzz Network may charge:
• platform fees
• payment processing fees
• promotional fees
These fees will be disclosed where applicable.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
City Buzz Network is not liable for:
• unsuccessful campaigns
• disputes between donors and campaign creators
• misuse of funds
• reward delivery failures
• campaign cancellations
Users participate in campaigns at their own risk.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
Campaign creators agree to indemnify and hold harmless City Buzz LLC, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from:
• campaign content
• misuse of funds
• fraud allegations
• donor disputes
14. CAMPAIGN TERMINATION
City Buzz Network may remove or suspend any campaign if:
• these Campaign Terms are violated
• fraud is suspected
• legal risks arise
• false information is discovered
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
All disputes shall be resolved within Phoenix, Arizona.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating a campaign on City Buzz Network, you confirm that:
• you have read these Campaign Terms
• you understand these Campaign Terms
• you agree to be legally bound by them
